Meet Dr. Griffin

Dr. Shannon L. Griffin

Dr. Griffin brings over twenty years of general practice experience to Lawton.  She had a highly successful private practice in Edmond, OK for 24 years and has served on the faculty of the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry since 1998.  She is a Past President of the Oklahoma Dental Association and currently serves on the Oklahoma Delegation to the American Dental Association.  Dr. Griffin has been awarded several prestigious designations including memberships in:

          International College of Dentists

          Pierre Fauchard Academy

         A New Mexico native and graduate of New Mexico State University, Dr. Griffin completed dental school in Boston at Tufts University School of Dentistry.  Upon graduation she came to the University of Oklahoma to attend a two-years of residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry.

 She grew up in a small, rural town and is excited to be back in a rural community.  She is honored to continue with Dr. Burton’s vision of excellence for her patients and her team.

 Dr. Griffin loves to cook, garden and travel with her love, fellow dentist Dr. Juan Lopez.
